Playback values the philosophies of inclusion, citizenship and equality. We believe these need to be rooted in our learning communities to develop the learner’s knowledge and understanding, encouraging them to become engaged citizens and lifelong learners, who are self-aware, caring and connected to others no matter where they live.

We believe that wellbeing and skills development, distributed leadership, improved professional practice and leading change through rigorous self-evaluation are the key areas we must concentrate on if we are to improve and achieve equitable outcomes for all learners.  This will empower learners and reduce inequalities within learning communities and assist in shaping the hearts and minds of today’s children and tomorrow’s adults.
